Hmm ... what person, or rather, wizard has the Darkest Thoughts ... VOLDEMORT!
Below you will find info. on what I think goes on in the Dark Lord's head. LEGILIMENS!

Voldemort to me doesn't seem to ever have a happy thought. However at the end of one chapter in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix it says that he had been the happiest he had ever been in his whole life. But ... what made a grade-A prefect student turn so evil? We may never know ...
From the start of his life we know he must've been very unhappy. His witch of a mother died giving birth to him and he must feel sad as well as guilty about that. Then his muggle father dumped him in an orphanage surrounded by other muggles. J.K. Rowling doesn't say from what age Voldemort knew he was a wizard or if, like Harry, found out when he received the letter from Hogwarts.
If this is the case, then he must have been doubly angry to find out that he was a wizard and had spent the last 10 years ignorant of that.
But then things must've started to get better when he entered his first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry -- going by how Harry felt, who was glad to be leaving his current home and also Voldemort was glad to be leaving his current home -- the Muggle orphanage.
Years passed and he started to turn more and more Slytherin-like and began to dislike Muggle-borns or 'Mudbloods'.
Up he went through the years at Hogwarts learning more and more spells also probably looking up curses in the library possibly the Unforgivable Curses which he would use on many witches and wizards later in life.
                                             *
By my calculation Voldemort is currently 69 (may be wrong).
He was 16 when the Chamber of Secrets was first opened and in Harry's SECOND year that was 50 years ago. So add 16 and 50 and 3 (5-2 - because Harry's now in his FIFTH year) and you get 69.
When Harry went to Godric's Hollow to murder Lily and James Potter he was 55 - (69 -14 - Harry was ONE when he attacked).
                                           *
Up until Voldemort arrived at Godric's Hollow he was already extremely angry, but ... also evil. He must have had unloyal Death Eaters which must have annoyed him more (Sirius' brother).
But hoping to have killed three people by the time he left Godric's Hollow, he only managed to kill two.
He met his downfall.
Then he had ten long years to dwell on that -- barely alive ...
Then in Harry's first year he hoped to gain immortality using the Philosopher's Stone but, once again failed at the hands of Mr Potter.
Then just we he had received a body Harry Potter escaped with a lot of information, putting Dubledore and the Order of the Phoenix on guard.
In Harry's fifth year he failed to learn of the prophecy he had waited so long to hear at the hands, yet again, of Harry Potter and also was discovered to be alive by Fudge and the wizarding community.
So, in conclusion, I'd have to say without any doubt that Voldemort is thinking right now, 'I'M GOING TO KILL HARRY POTTER -- Avada Kedavra!'
